Feeling inspired our previous zen terrace project, our client wished for his sunny exterior to be converted into a space where he could make use of it as an extension of his home. The scope of the project was to create screening for privacy, built in seating, a pergola for shade and a planting scheme that complements the full sun environment. A custom-made lounge seat paired with a cover for a gas unit was made to fit perfectly along the angled wall. Our client added on by purchasing a couple of loungers and a moveable fire pit. Adding vibrancy and decoration to the space, the privacy screens mounted to the wall make for a lovely view from the kitchen window. Adding onto the zen theme, our chosen plants where the Delonix regia (Flame tree) as a feature tree, the beautiful purple-flowered creeper, Wisteria and a Ginseng ficus (Ficus retusa)
